Modo is a system designed for phone representatives working in customer support and service teams. 

Modo's main goal is to reduce the number and duration of customer service calls, along with increasing the quality of service in a way that will be the most appealing to the customer. 

The system identifies the voice tones of the caller and provides real-time assistance to the service representative.

The system reports the current atmosphere of the call, and offers pre-defined answers for the agent, according to the complaints and current temper of the customer.

The system also reminds the agent about various sales, promotions and customer history.
